Bonjour,

Je vous contact car j'ai un petit soucis, je ne peux pas tranférer mes appels vers le téléphone portable. je l’utilise via un call confirm.
Je tape 1 et là une voix anglaise me dit c'est pas possible alors que sur la ligne j'ai encore l'attente .

Quelle version d'asterisk stp.

je fais sonner mon tel en même temps que mes postes.

ok donc tu as le choix :
- soit faire un ring group ou bien un follow me

Pour le follow-me pense à rajouter dans la liste des follow-me ton n° de portable suivi d'un # : par exemple 0606060606#

Une dernière petite question à quoi sert le # après mon 006xxxxxxxx?

Le # désigne un appel externe.
