bonjour,

je veux ajouter mon tpe (terminal carte bleue) sur mon serveur asterisk, je l'ai branché sur une passerelle (grandstream gxw-4004), et je lance mes test.
j'utilise un trunk sip ovh,

quant je test une numero de carte, le tpe ce connecte au serveur et fonctionne normalement (j'ai le ticket de validation de la pré-autorisation)
quant je veux "vider " le tpe (la télécollecte) le numero se compose, mais j'ai une erreur

je pense que ça viens de ma config (je suppose peut être un histoire de codec), si quelqu'un a une idée pour régler la télécollecte via mon serveur asterisk

De manière générale il ne faut espérer avoir un fonctionnement fiable avec un TPE analogique en VOIP. Dans les tests que j'ai eu a faire j'avais bien la même erreur que toi, mais uniquement sur un trunk ovh. Cependant même avec un autre opérateur supporte le T38, je n'avais pas la même erreur mais la télétransmission nocturne était quand même un échec.

Par contre il me semblait bien qu'il y a mode sur le TPE ou chaque transaction était transmise au coup par coup, et là on y arrivait.

oui, au coup par coup ça marche (c'est ce que je fais quant je fait une pré-autorisation pour un numero de carte, là je n'ai pas d'erreur, mais c'est un "one shot", donc le téléversement opération par opération doit fonctionner sur le même principe)

bon, vu que j'ai encore une ligne analogique à coté, je ne vais pas insister et garder mon tpe branché dessus.
