Configuartion a2billing - Elastix

Salut a tous, veuillez m'aider svp.
Je veux intégrer un système facturation dans mon serveur elastix.
J'ai déjà effectué la configuration au niveau d'a2billing, j'ai aussi crée un custom trunck ds elastix pour utiliser a2billing lors des appels sortants.
mais mon très grand soucis (très très grand) est que certes les appels sont transférés dans a2billing qui lit le solde compte du client mais après cela, l'appel ne sort pas (msg : numéro incorrect).
veuillez m'aider svp jen ai vraiment besoin pour achever ma configuration.

Faites des traces d'appels au niveau d'asterisk, particulièrement au niveau de vore fournisseur sip.

Bonjour, je ne vois pas la tentative de sortie par fournisseur, veillez vérifier vos tarifs, et que la numéro que vous avez tapé correspond bien à une destination.
