Job description:
Diabolocom builds and maintains its technological stack in its entirety: we develop our own software that we run on our private cloud and that communicates to the outside world via our fixed voice (ARCEP license) and IP (AS #39781) telecommunications operator infrastructure.
To continue to operate and develop our Cloud solutions internationally, we are looking for ambitious, autonomous, rigorous VoIP engineers who like to work as a team and take up challenges, in close collaboration with our development teams (DevOps approach).

Integrated within a young, dynamic technical team, your main missions will be to :

  • Voice quality monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Capacity planning
  • Design and implementation of sensors to measure quality
  • Writing, “piloting”, testing the development of an operator intranet (number management, requisition management, portability management,…)
  • Regulatory Management
  • Design and management of our SIP interconnections with other operators in France and abroad


Preferred experience
Passionate about technology and expert in VoIP, you want to integrate an innovative company and a technical team resolutely oriented towards open source projects. As a proposition force by nature, you have a good ability to learn new technologies and you want to take up a new challenge.

The technical environment:
You are familiar with most of the following technologies and methods.

  • VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC)
  • Analysis and investigation (logs, IP frames, pcap traces,…)
  • Shell and Python Scripting
  • Automation (accessible)
  • Monitoring (collectd, grafana, nagios)
